Responsible Gaming at khelobet — Stay in Control

khelobet believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Our tools and guidelines will help you play within your limits.

Why is Responsible Gaming Important?

Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — but only when it stays within control. khelobet always wants our users to play for fun, not because of stress or financial pressure. Responsible gaming means staying aware of your time, money, and mental wellbeing.

Gambling addiction is a real problem that can affect anyone. On the khelobet platform we provide tools that help you keep your gaming habits under control. Our goal is to create a safe, transparent, and responsible environment — where fun always comes first.

Remember: gaming should never be seen as a source of income. The outcome of every game depends on chance. So only play with money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.

Our Safety Tools

khelobet gives you several tools to keep your gaming under control. These can be activated at any time from your account settings.

Deposit Limits

Set a limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 72-hour waiting period is required to increase it.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When time is up, the platform will automatically log you out and prompt you to take a break.

Time-Out

Temporarily close your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time no bets can be placed and no deposits can be made.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate self-exclusion — your account can be closed for 6 months up to permanently. This step takes effect immediately and cannot be easily reversed.

Activity Report

View your gaming history, total deposits, withdrawals, and win/loss record at any time. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

If gaming becomes a problem, contact our Bengali-language live chat support. Our team is by your side day and night.

Practical Tips for Healthy Gaming

Time Management
Set Time Limits

Decide in advance how much time you will spend playing each day. Use an alarm or timer. Keep enough time outside of gaming for family, friends, and hobbies.

Money Management
Stick to a Budget

Set a fixed budget for gaming each month and never deposit more than that. Do not increase your budget to chase losses.

Mental Health
Do Not Play Under Stress

Avoid gaming when you are angry, sad, or under mental stress. Play for entertainment — not as a way to escape problems.

Responsible Gaming — Common Questions

Log in to your account, then go to Settings > Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account is inactive and reactivates automatically when it ends. Self-exclusion is longer-term — your account can be closed for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. If the problem feels serious, choosing self-exclusion is the right step.

No. khelobet is only for people aged 21 and above. Age is verified during registration and underage accounts are cancelled immediately. If there are underage members in your household, please keep your device and account password-protected.

Contact khelobet's 24/7 live chat support or reach us at [email protected]. Our team is ready to help you activate self-exclusion, restrict your account, or assist with anything else you need. Your identity and information are kept completely confidential.

During self-exclusion you cannot log in, place bets, or make any deposits. However, any winning balance in your account can still be withdrawn. A cooling-off period applies before the account can be reactivated once the exclusion period ends.

The minimum deposit at khelobet is ৳500 (for all methods) and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are usually completed within 5–30 minutes. This limit applies to all methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
